How to get to THK Nursing Home @Hougang:
By MRT: You may take the MRT to Hougang MRT station and take a 1 km(15-minute) walk to the Home. Or take bus 161 and drop at bus stop in front of Montfort school and take a 2-minute walk to the Home.
Alternatively, you may take the MRT to Ang Mo Kio MRT station and take bus 74 or 88 towards Hougang Ave 8. Drop at bus stop opposite Montfort School and take a 3-minute walk to the Home.

How to get to THK SCC @Kaki Bukit:
By MRT/Bus: You may take the MRT to Bedok MRT station and take bus 225 and drop at SCC at Blk 534 Bedok North St 3.
Alternatively, you may take the MRT to Bedok North MRT station and walk 900 m to SCC at Blk 534 Bedok North St 3.
