An internship with our organisation is an opportunity for students to synthesize classroom theory, personal skills with real life work experiences. Such a programme will offer students real world insights and exposure to actual working life.
A typical internship programme should last at least 10 weeks and range up to 6 months with our organisation for an experiential foundation as well as the opportunity to build valuable professional networks.

SCHOLARSHIP OPPORUNITIES WITH THYE HUA KWAN NURSING HOME
Thye Kwan Kwan Nursing Home is presently offering the Thye Hua Kwan Integrated Long Term Care Scholarship Programme in the following disciplines:
- Nursing
- Social Work
- Occupational Therapy
- Physiotherapy
The following are the criteria which potential candidates should fulfil:
- Outstanding Academic Results
- Secured admission to the above mentioned disciplines
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, community involvement and display or passion for the social services sector
- Relevant supporting testimonials
Upon meeting the above stated criteria, candidates are to attend a panel interview with our organisation. Successful candidates will be awarded full sponsorship of course fees for the duration of their course of study. A scholarship bond will also apply.
